Design Process

After you place your order and submit your business details, our team prepares a custom mockup for your review. Once you approve the mockup, your order moves into production.
Yes. You can request reasonable revisions before production begins. We want your design to look clean, professional, and ready for your crew.
Basic revisions are included before production, such as adjusting logo placement, text, colors, or layout. Major redesign requests may require extra time.
Once the mockup is approved and production has started, changes can no longer be made because each item is made to order.

Production & Delivery

Production time usually takes 3–5 business days after your custom mockup is approved.
Estimated delivery time depends on your location and shipping method. Most orders are delivered within 10–20 business days after production is completed.
Most custom orders take about 10–20 business days from mockup approval to delivery. Larger crew orders or complex custom designs may take longer.
Yes. MollyTee serves customers in the United States and other available shipping regions.

Returns & Order Issues

Because custom products are made specifically for your business, we usually cannot accept returns for approved custom items unless there is a production defect or printing issue.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing issue, please contact us with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and help with a replacement or solution.
Please review all sizes and customization details carefully before approving your mockup. Once production begins, we cannot guarantee changes or replacements for customer-submitted errors.
